Winter Series Roundup

Updated: Mar 13, 2021

My heart has been truly warmed by the collective energy during this Winter Screening Salon Series - The Power of Expression. I know I speak for everyone who has participated.

The closing salon is this coming this Tuesday, March 16th at 5pm PT / 8pm ET. Whether you attended any of the prior salons or not, I invite you to join us with your beverage of choice as we go deeper into the theme, the content we've experienced and how it might inform our own lives. Here’s the direct link to reserve your place.

I also want to express my gratitude to each our Featured Guests who shared their screened content, insights and time as we explored THE POWER OF EXPRESSION from various perspectives. Huge thanks to Tim Seelig, Jill Demby-Guest… and most recently, to Ron Gladis and Coleman Gladis who welcomed us into the world of Mariah Gladis, a 36-year ALS survivor, motivational speaker, author and award-winning gestalt psychotherapist.

In her breakthrough workshops, Mariah would always begin by asking “What’s important?’ Of course, that was the opening question I posed to our group. Answers ranged from honesty, presence, love and service to compassion, trust in information, being yourself and how to save a life. In her book, Tales of a Wounded Healer (2008), Mariah answers that question herself: "Never has there been a time in history when the need for human understanding and forgiveness has been so critical. This is what’s important to me.” Twelve years later, the importance of this has grown exponentially.

... And for those who weren’t able to join us this time around, a few ripples to share and be shared:

The San Francisco Gay Men's Chorus is doing a livestream concert on Thursday, March 11th at 6:00pm PT of "Angels". This will commemorate the 30th anniversary of “When We No Longer Touch,” the world’s first requiem dedicated to those lost to AIDS.
